The contents of this website are directed solely to customers accessing the site from the UK. Your use of this site and any purchase made by yourself via this website is governed by English law. Risk and title will pass to you when the product has been despatched by us to you. You take full responsibility to comply with receiving any products ordered and usage of the products once received.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of this website to the fullest extent as permitted by law. GSI Pharma Limited and its directors or related companies shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct , indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company) as a result of or may attribute to, directly or indirectly, to your use of this website. The content of this website is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare provider. All content of this website is for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. GSI Pharma Limited have taken great care in providing product information however you should make sure that all product packaging and labels are read carefully before use. We strongly advise that when purchasing a new product, especially if you are already receiving medical care, you should consult a doctor prior to use. 3) Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that all the correct information (name, age, date of birth, address) is provided at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. All deliveries are estimated dates and not guaranteed. If your order consists of specialist luxury items, fragrances, bulk items or electrical items, these may take slightly longer to dispatch from our warehouse due to the size and weight of the product(s). Delivery charges are as follows and are subject to change at any time:
i) Within the UK – free delivery on orders over £40
ii) Standard delivery within the UK – for orders under £40 we charge £6.95 regardless of weight or size. This is the total quantity of delivery. The vast majority of orders are despatched on the same day or the following day. Normal delivery takes between 2-5 working days. Orders received and processed before 4.00pm will be despatched the same day however orders received after will be sent the following working day. In order to confirm that order shipped has been lost, we must wait 15 working days before resending or refunding the cost of the order, subject to the discretion of instant-pharma. During the period of time most shipments are located. If your items are lost or undelivered, you should contact your local delivery office to see if they are holding the order, having tried unsuccessfully to deliver your order. iii) Delivery to countries within the EU – deliveries are charged at £7.95. Deliveries are normally received within 6-12 days. For some purchases (bulk/heavy goods) it is necessary to use a courier service which may incur an additional charge however all customers will be contacted prior to shipment to advise.
4) Privacy
All information collected about you to process orders or fulfil prescription requests will be protected and never passed on to any third party.
Instant Pharma do not store any financial information.
5) Errors
Errors and omissions are excepted.
6) Prescriptions
Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK.
7) Complaints
Our patients are our top priority. We aim to maintain a high level of service however if you feel we have fallen short of the mark – please let us know.

Complaints Procedure
In order to submit a successful complaint, you will need to be clear about your complaint so we have enough information to investigate your claims.
Upon receiving your complaint one of our team will one of our complaints team will contact you with a resolution or an explanation. This can either be via email or via a phone conversation. In most cases we hope to sufficiently answer your claims and concerns at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution your complaint will be escalated to our managers in customer service who will contact you within 5 working days. Your complaint will be reviewed and they should get back with a resolution within that time.

Recording Complaints
